Associate Provost and Director
Kettil Cedercreutz, Ph.D. serves as Associate Provost and Director of the Division of Professional Practice and Experiential Learning (ProPEL). The Division offers in excess of 5,000 experiential learning opportunities to students enrolled at a variety of Colleges at the University of Cincinnati. The Division builds its traditions on the ground breaking Cooperative Education program developed by Dean Herman Schneider in 1906. Cedercreutz research interests focus on outcomes oriented assessment. He is a Professor of Mechanical Engineering Technology, and holds a Ph.D. in interdisciplinary studies with a focus on educational leadership and systems. He earned his M.Sc. degree in Manufacturing Engineering and Industrial Management at the Helsinki University of Technology, today a part of the Aalto University.
