Manager of Academic Internships / Adjunct Assistant Professor

PROFESSIONAL SUMMARY

Annie Straka was hired as the second Manager of Academic Internships in the Division of Professional Practice and Experiential Learning (ProPEL) in May 2011.  In her role, she contributes to the coordination and growth of the Academic Internship Program and through course instruction, assists students in their professional development and facilitates student placement in academic internships. Annie’s interests include course/curriculum development, assessment of student learning as it relates to student identity and career exploration, and organizational/critical communication.
