Anita M. Todd, Ed.D. began her career as a product development engineer for Cummins Engine Company in 1989. She moved to academia as the Associate Director, then Director for the Engineering Co-op Program at Penn State. In 2002 she began as a faculty member in the Division of Professional Practice and Experiential Learning at the University of Cincinnati and currently serves as the Associate Director in the Division. Dr. Todd has been actively involved in local, national, and international co-op organizations and served as the President of the Cooperative Education and Internship Association. She was awarded the Dean Herman Schneider Award in 2004. Dr. Todd is the faculty advisor to the UC Society of Women Engineers (SWE) and served on the local professional SWE board. Dr. Todd holds a BSME from Penn State, and an M. Ed. and Ed. D. from the University of Cincinnati.
