From another institution

If you are transferring to the University of Cincinnati from another institution to pursue a program which requires co-op, you should: 

1. Take the Intro to Cooperative Education course early in your curriculum.
2. Complete the application to the program.
3. Plan to meet with your faculty adviser during your first academic semester to determine the requirements of your specific program.
    

From one UC college to another UC college / Changing majors

If you have participated in co-op: If you are transferring from one University of Cincinnati college which participates in the co-op program to another University of Cincinnati college which participates in the co-op program and you wish to continue participation in the Professional Practice program you should:

1. Reapply for participation in the program.
   
2. Notify your current adviser of your major change.
   
3. Notify your new adviser of your major change and schedule an appointment.
   

If you have not participated in co-op: If you are changing majors or transferring into a college which participates in the co-op program, you should:

1. Enroll in the Introduction to Cooperative Education Course.
2. Complete the application for the program. 
3. Schedule a meeting with your adviser.
