As a recommending body to the Executive Committee, the Academic Operations Committee (AOC) acts on recommendations from the Academic Coordinating Committee and informs decision concerning academic-funding priorities and academic-support services. Its primary responsibility is advancement of the University’s teaching, research and service missions through strategic academic budgeting, through effective utilization of resources, and through effective enrollment management.

The AOC is comprised of the Provost, Deans and Directors, Vice President for Research, Sr. Vice Provost for Academic Planning, and Provosts’ Chief Financial Officers.
