Charge:

• Set overall goals for SEM
• Approve enrollment related policy
• Approve enrollment goals for admission, retention and graduation
• Evaluate efforts
• Consult with Council of Deans, College Liaison Committee, Faculty Senate, and other governance groups
• Optimize use of resources
• Link financial planning and SEM
