SEM Success Committee
Charge: The committee will be responsible for coordinating strategies designed at enhancing retention and graduation rates at UC and will coordinate with the efforts of STRIVE
• Monitor and facilitate the implementation of Success Strategies
• Make recommendations for Success Strategies and Projects
• Advise as requested by the SEM Management Team on allocation of resources (e.g. Success Challenge) for success initiatives
• Review existing programs for success stories and transportability
• Share information and ideas on success programs and activities at UC and at other institutions with each other and through programs for faculty and staff
• Report findings and make recommendations to the SEM Management Team
