Bevin Blankenbuehler has 15 years of experience in cutting edge streaming technology and video production for both live and on-demand viewing. She currently serves as a Video Designer in the Center for Excellence in eLearning and Adjunct Professor with the Electronic Media Division in the College Conservatory of Music. Her specialties include professional video editing and consultation for clients with creative and innovative ideas for educational video. She has extensive training in professional post production tools such as Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro, Adobe After effects, along with live and on-demand video content delivery. Bevin has a 20 year relationship with the University of Cincinnati including her time as a student here, acquiring a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the College Conservatory of Music’s Electronic Media program. Let her help you add a touch of Hollywood to your video content.

Melody Clark, EdD

Distance Learning Academic Director, Distance Learning; Director, Continuing Education

Melody Clark has over 30 years of experience in higher education, ranging from administrator, educator, and student. As Academic Director of Distance Learning she has primary responsibility for and oversight of the University’s distance learning state authorization compliance program; consults on planning, development, delivery and best practice strategies to assist implementing and sustaining online programming; advocates and supports best practices and guidelines, including Quality Matters (QM), to ensure the highest quality in online education; and serves as liaison for outside groups on institution distance learning matters. In addition, Melody provides administrative oversight of Continuing Education, where Communiversity and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) serve over 4,500 participants annually through non-credit, community-based programming. Prior to joining the eLearning team in December, 2014, she served as Academic Director for Distance Education in the Provost Office (2002-2014), and was Director of Special Projects and Distance Learning in the College of Evening and Continuing Education (1993-2002).

Melody earned her B.S. in Administrative Management from the University of Cincinnati in 1995; her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction, Adult/Higher Education in 1998; and Ed.D. in 2003. Her scholarly activity is grounded in the field of Educational Foundations and Distance Education and she has eight years of experience teaching in the area of improving instructional effectiveness, in the University’s online Master’s in Education program for Health Professionals.

Steven Clark

Steven Clark serves as the Coordinator, Distance Learning in UCIT’s Office of eLearning, working under the direction of Dr. Melody Clark, Academic Director for Online/Distance Learning. Steven started in his role at the University of Cincinnati in November 2016 after working 10 years at Liberty University, the nation’s largest private, not-for-profit institution. During the past 5 years, prior to his arrival at UC, Steven served as Liberty’s Coordinator II for State Approvals, where he was responsible for the day-to-day workflow for Liberty’s state authorization and state licensure board compliance efforts in the institution’s 50-state strategy. Steven brings a wealth of state authorization/licensure compliance experience and knowledge to his role at UC. In addition to coordinating various aspects of the university’s distance learning state authorization program and serving as a point of contact for both UC and outside entities, his work portfolio includes serving as a Quality Matters Campus Coordinator, and assisting relevant projects and activities to support and/or advance the strategic purposes of the Office of eLearning. Steven earned an A.A.S. in Marketing/Management from Thomas Nelson Community College and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Liberty University.

Jason Day

Mr. Jason Day is a Senior Instructional Technologist in the Center for Excellence in eLearning (CEeL) at the University of Cincinnati (UC).

Prior to joining CEeL in 2016, Mr. Day served in the Center for Academic Technology & Educational Resources (CATER) at the UC College of Nursing (CoN). As part of CATER he served as the Director, starting in mid-2104, and as an Instructional Technologist, starting in late-2011. In these roles Mr. Day was one of the major architects behind the successful one-to-one iPad initiative, known as iCoN. As a result of the program’s success, it was honored as an Apple Distinguished Program (ADP) in 2014. Further, Day and colleagues were invited to present the key aspects of iCoN at the 3T, Innovate, Online Learning Consortium (OLC), and Cincinnati Children’s Regional Faculty and Health Care Educators Conferences. Beyond his primary role, Mr. Day has served on various volunteer committees inside the CoN including; the 125th Anniversary planning committee and Diversity Advisory Council.

 

In 2013, Mr. Day was invited to participate in Apple’s 5-day intensive training program for a 2 year designation as an Apple Foundations Trainer. In 2015, Mr. Day was one of the first participants invited to rejoin the select group for an additional 2 years.

At the University-level, Day has contributed to a variety of eLearning projects through projects and workgroups. These include participation on the Canopy Project Team, Blackboard Upgrade Training Team, Kaltura implementation, Box rollout, and Echo360 pilot.

Prior to joining the University, Mr. Day accrued over 15 years of experience in the information technology field through organizations, such as; Great Oaks Career Campuses, Apple, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. This experience is build upon his undergraduate degree from Maryville College (TN) in computer science/business.

Michelle Ford

Analytics eLearning Data Analyst, BI Specialist; IT@UC eLearning Analytics

Michelle Ford, an expert in data analysis, is the eLearning Data Analyst - BI Specialist in the eLearning Analytics department at the University of Cincinnati. Prior to working at the University of Cincinnati, Michelle worked as Research Analyst for Cincinnati State Technical and Community College. Michelle is passionate about statistical data analysis, data-informed decision making, continuous improvement and analytical tools in higher education. Michelle has been a member of the American Statistical Association since 2011 and of the Ohio Association of Institutional Research since 2013. She is also involved in a community data collaborative through the Strive Partnership, analyzing data on STEM success in higher education in Cincinnati and Northern Kentucky. Michelle holds a M.S. in operations and project management, concentrating in data analytics from Southern New Hampshire University; a graduate certificate in quantitative analysis from Southern New Hampshire University; and a B.L.S. in business statistics from Purdue University.

Paul Foster

Paul Foster serves as the Interim Assistant Vice President of eLearning in the Center for Excellence in eLearning. Paul has been with the University of Cincinnati for more than 20 years and has previously managed various services such as student email, computer labs, and learning systems. From 2004 through 2015, Paul managed UC’s Blackboard hosting service that offered low-cost learning management system (LMS) hosting to Ohio schools. Paul is dedicated to providing students with access to affordable, high-quality eLearning resources. He also serves as an adjunct instructor in UC’s College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services. Paul has a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from the University of Cincinnati.

Brenda Frankenhoff

Analytics eLearning Analytics Operations Manager, IT@UC eLearning

Brenda has been with UC since 2005 as the development manager for the UCFlex (SAP) systems during initial implementation. She has recently joined the eLearning Center managing the online Student Course Evaluation Service and exploring analytics platforms to be considered for campus-wide usage. Brenda comes to UC with over 25 years of commercial software development and enterprise application management experience. She managed the flagship product development for the Attachmate family of companies and later was an IT Manager with Cincinnati Financial Corporation overseeing internal development of customer facing web applications. Certified in ITIL foundations, she has managed the delivery of complex enterprise applications including the implementation of change control policies, operational efficiencies and project planning while organizing first and second level technical support. Brenda will be bringing her leadership and knowledge of early adoption of technology to the eLearning center to help UC meet its Third Century goals. Brenda studied Physics at Marshall University and is a licensed USCG Master Captain.

Taylor Gary

Taylor Gary began working at UC in 2012 as a student worker in Blackboard support for at IT@UC. In 2015, he joined Learning Technology Support where he now provides student/faculty support for UC’s eLearning ecosystem, Canopy. His responsibilities include troubleshooting Canopy issues, creating documentation, and coordinating/providing training for eLearning. He is currently pursuing a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems in the Lindner College of Business.

Outside of work Taylor’s interests include reading, guitar, and PC gaming.

Clarise Green is the Executive Assistant for the AVPs of eLearning Technology and Client Services. She has over twenty years of administrative service at the University of Cincinnati, having started her career with UCIT Business Affairs and UCIT Enterprise Shared Services. Clarise is also a member of UCIT Diversity Committee and served as a panelist at the 2014 Diversity Conference. She is a Helping Hands Coordinator, coordinating help for freshman students and their families during the residence hall move-in process.

Josh Heinrich, MA

Josh Heinrich has spent the majority of his career in higher education as an instructional designer. Over the last 12 years he has worked at Cedarville University, The UC College of Law and Northern Kentucky University. Josh is currently the Lead Senior Instructional Designer iin the Center for Excellence in eLearning Josh has a B.S.S. in Digital Filmmaking from Ohio University and a M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University. Josh is also currently pursing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at The University of Kentucky. His research interests center on student self-regulation in online learning environments and he has a passion for learning and instructional design which is driven by the fast pace of change and development in the field as well as the amazing people that are driving that change.

Ben Hutchison

Ben J Hutchison has worked at UCIT for almost a decade where he has worked in a variety of creative settings.  Starting out at the PTSG where he was a videographer, editor, and motion graphic designer, Ben moved to the newly created Instructional Content Group in 2009.  As the new team evolved and came to include the Instructional Design group, Ben becoming a Content Designer with the Instructional Design and Content group.  Now working as a Digital Designer in the Center for Excellence in E-Learning, Ben works with the creative team to help instructors with graphic design ideas and implementations.  He also serves as an eLearning liaison with different academic departments on campus.
 
Ben holds a BFA in Motion Picture Production from Wright State University.

Marie began employment with UC in 2006 with the Parents Association where she stayed for five years. After that, she worked outside of the University in marketing and communication. She came back to UC in March and works closely with eLearning Leadership, developing engagement and communication strategies to support the university's eLearning ecosystem.

A Bearcat through and through, Marie earned both her Bachelor and Masters of Arts Degrees in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.

In her free time, Marie loves spending time outside (especially when it’s warm!) and hands-on renovation projects around the house. While Marie freely admits she doesn’t have the greatest green thumb around, she is considering pursuing the rewarding experience of chicken ownership with her 8-year old daughter.

Matt Latchaw is the Learning Technology Team’s newest Computer Support Specialist. Matt graduated from Northwestern College with a degree in Computer Information Systems. Matt began his career as a Help Desk Technician for a K-12 school district and joined IT@UC in 2015 as the Multimedia Coordinator at the College of Medicine. In his current role, Matt supports Blackboard, Kaltura, WebEx, and other Canopy services. Outside of work, you can find him recording and mixing music, gardening, cooking, or eating with good friends.

Emanuel Lewis began his career at UC at the College of Nursing where he spent 13 years and held a variety of IT roles from Computer Lab Manager to IT Director of Client Services in Center for Academic Technologies and Educational Resources. As the IT Director of Client Services, Emanuel works closely with Service Desk and System Administrators to provide superior customer service for help and incident response for all Learning related technologies and services. He also works closely with Service Desk, System Administrators, and eLearning Engagement and Communications Coordinator to communicate university-wide issues through multiple channels. Emanuel also oversees the creation of knowledge base articles to enhance the service management environment, provides day-to-day oversight and management of the eLearning support team, and serves as an active member of the IT governance. In his free time, Emanuel enjoys programming, cooking, and playing the drums.

Joey Lyon

Joey Lyon serves as a trainer on the Center for Excellence in eLearning’s Design Team. In this role he works with the Center as well as the University at large to create training materials, lead in-person trainings, and identify training topics and resources that best fit with the disparate colleges and departments across the University of Cincinnati. Joey began his career in 2006 at the Margaret I. King Special Collections library at the University of Kentucky working to preserve and digitize documents, photographs, negatives, audio, and video. In 2011 he began working as a Moodle Administrator at Midway University, handling enrollment management for online courses, support for online courses, online retention services, managing campus hardware and software, and audio/visual services. Joey came to UC in May of 2015 where he started working on the Learning Technology Support team. In December of 2016 he joined the Design Team.

Tina Meagher

Tina began her employment with the Center for Excellence in eLearning on May 4th and serves as a member of the eLearning Center team responsible for partnering closely with colleges, units, and faculty to fully leverage the tools and resources available in the university's eLearning ecosystem called Canopy. In addition, Tina serves as the University’s subject matter expert (SME) for video-centric, enterprise-level eLearning tools including Kaltura, Echo360, and web conferencing. Tina works as a collaborative member of the eLearning Center team and campus eLearning community to execute the University's vision of Excelling in eLearning.
 
Tina is an alumni of the University of Cincinnati, having earned her BFA in Electronic Media from the College Conservatory of Music. She completed her M.Ed. in Education at Xavier University where she served as the primary academic resource for video and digital media for 12 years. She also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Communication Arts department at Xavier, teaching an introductory course in video production.
 
Outside of work, Tina has three very active children that are involved in school activities and various sports. In her spare time she likes hanging out with her family and loves soccer.

Kent Meloy

Kent Meloy is the Director of Innovative Learning Solutions in the University of Cincinnati’s Center for Excellence in eLearning. He leads the Creative Team and investigates and implements new and exciting tools and techniques to enhance the in-class student experience - whether they are in the classroom or on the other side of the planet.

He has been with the University of Cincinnati since 2006 and brings 30 years experience as a director/writer/producer in the television and film industry. Specializing in the nuances of telling a good story, he has spent a great deal of time working with clients to hone their message for their intended audience.

Passionate about filmmaking, his independent films have garnered best picture, best director, and best screenplay awards.

He has a BA in Communications – Radio/Television/Film Production from Northern Kentucky University

Mike Mitchum, MS

Mike has worked in the IT industry in higher education for 12 years.  Like many, he began his tenure in IT as a helpdesk student and moved up through the ranks.  Mike served at Mount Union as an IT manager for 4 years, helping with or leading such initiatives as the redevelopment of the intranet portal and implementation of online course evaluations on campus.  In 2011, along with his then director, Mike presented on the implementation of the PowerCampus Portal product as an exemplary model for leveraging SharePoint to host an intranet site.  He currently serves at UC as an eLearning Consultant, working on projects to help advance the eLearning Center and the University’s eLearning mission.  Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Mount Union College and Master of Science in Information Architecture from Kent State University.

Jesse Montgomery

Jesse began his production experience at the University of Cincinnati, as a student worker in 2004, under the Presentation Technology Services Group (now Red & Black Productions). After obtaining his Bachelors of Fine Art in Electronic Media in 2006, he joined the Red & Black team full-time in 2007, as a videographer and editor. Currently, Jesse holds the position as a video designer in the Center. His responsibilities are to professionally enhance the video quality, university-wide, through camera operation, lighting and grip direction, audio, editing, and graphical work. He is a video advisor to his clients to give them the best available outcomes for their production needs.

Outside of work, Jesse is active in church and thankful to God everyday. He loves watching sports (football, and basketball), supports his hometown teams: the Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, and of course the UC Bearcats. He enjoys being with his wife and daughter, and relaxing with the remote in one hand, and the Playstation 4 controller in the other. Jesse has nothing else to say about himself… other than he has a very small sense of humor.

Matt Mullins is a Computer User Support Specialist for the Learning Technology Support Team. Matt began working for the university first in the College of Nursing in the Center for Academic Technology and Education Research, before transitioning into the Center for Excellence in eLearning. In his new role, Matt will assist the UC community with usage of Canopy tools. Matt will work for the Learning Technology Support team while he finishes his Bachelors of Science in Information Technology at the university. Outside of work, Matt loves to work in music production and bike ride.

Dave Rathbun is an instructional technologist and Blackboard Certified Trainer with the University of Cincinnati’s Center for Excellence in eLearning. He was a leading figure in the development of Canopy, UC’s innovative, collaborative and student-centric eLearning ecosystem. He chairs the Accessibility committee and works closely with faculty and students to extend access through technology. Dave is veteran of both the Regular and Reserve armies including a thirteen-month deployment in support of Operation Iraqi Freedom III.

Although born in New Zealand, Pat Reid was raised in Cleveland. She has worked in faculty professional development and instructional design for over 20 years in higher education. Pat joined UC in June 2015, excited at the opportunity to work as part of both CET&L (where she is the Associate Director of Integrated Instruction) and eLearning (as Director of Instructional Innovation). In these roles, she will be working with instructional designers and faculty across the university, supporting eLearning ranging from completely online courses to flipped classrooms and courses with a web-presence. Her focus is on helping instructors identify how to get technologies working to support their students’ learning. Pat has an Ed.D. in Adult Education from Nova Southeastern University.

At the University-level, Day has contributed to a variety of eLearning projects through projects and workgroups. These include participation on the Canopy Project Team, Blackboard Upgrade Training Team, Kaltura implementation, Box rollout, and Echo360 pilot.

Prior to joining the University, Mr. Day accrued over 15 years of experience in the information technology field through organizations, such as; Great Oaks Career Campuses, Apple, and Cincinnati Children's Hospital Medical Center. This experience is build upon his undergraduate degree from Maryville College (TN) in computer science/business.

Paul Foster serves as the Interim Assistant Vice President of eLearning in the Center for Excellence in eLearning. Paul has been with the University of Cincinnati for more than 20 years and has previously managed various services such as student email, computer labs, and learning systems. From 2004 through 2015, Paul managed UC’s Blackboard hosting service that offered low-cost learning management system (LMS) hosting to Ohio schools. Paul is dedicated to providing students with access to affordable, high-quality eLearning resources. He also serves as an adjunct instructor in UC’s College of Education, Criminal Justice, and Human Services. Paul has a B.S. in Paralegal Studies from the University of Cincinnati.

Josh Heinrich has spent the majority of his career in higher education as an instructional designer. Over the last 12 years he has worked at Cedarville University, The UC College of Law and Northern Kentucky University. Josh is currently the Lead Senior Instructional Designer iin the Center for Excellence in eLearning Josh has a B.S.S. in Digital Filmmaking from Ohio University and a M.A. in Educational Technology Leadership from George Washington University. Josh is also currently pursing a Ph.D. in Educational Psychology at The University of Kentucky. His research interests center on student self-regulation in online learning environments and he has a passion for learning and instructional design which is driven by the fast pace of change and development in the field as well as the amazing people that are driving that change.

Ben J Hutchison has worked at UCIT for almost a decade where he has worked in a variety of creative settings.  Starting out at the PTSG where he was a videographer, editor, and motion graphic designer, Ben moved to the newly created Instructional Content Group in 2009.  As the new team evolved and came to include the Instructional Design group, Ben becoming a Content Designer with the Instructional Design and Content group.  Now working as a Digital Designer in the Center for Excellence in E-Learning, Ben works with the creative team to help instructors with graphic design ideas and implementations.  He also serves as an eLearning liaison with different academic departments on campus.
 
Ben holds a BFA in Motion Picture Production from Wright State University.

Marie began employment with UC in 2006 with the Parents Association where she stayed for five years. After that, she worked outside of the University in marketing and communication. She came back to UC in March and works closely with eLearning Leadership, developing engagement and communication strategies to support the university's eLearning ecosystem.

A Bearcat through and through, Marie earned both her Bachelor and Masters of Arts Degrees in Communication from the University of Cincinnati.

In her free time, Marie loves spending time outside (especially when it’s warm!) and hands-on renovation projects around the house. While Marie freely admits she doesn’t have the greatest green thumb around, she is considering pursuing the rewarding experience of chicken ownership with her 8-year old daughter.

Joey Lyon serves as a trainer on the Center for Excellence in eLearning’s Design Team. In this role he works with the Center as well as the University at large to create training materials, lead in-person trainings, and identify training topics and resources that best fit with the disparate colleges and departments across the University of Cincinnati. Joey began his career in 2006 at the Margaret I. King Special Collections library at the University of Kentucky working to preserve and digitize documents, photographs, negatives, audio, and video. In 2011 he began working as a Moodle Administrator at Midway University, handling enrollment management for online courses, support for online courses, online retention services, managing campus hardware and software, and audio/visual services. Joey came to UC in May of 2015 where he started working on the Learning Technology Support team. In December of 2016 he joined the Design Team.

Tina began her employment with the Center for Excellence in eLearning on May 4th and serves as a member of the eLearning Center team responsible for partnering closely with colleges, units, and faculty to fully leverage the tools and resources available in the university's eLearning ecosystem called Canopy. In addition, Tina serves as the University’s subject matter expert (SME) for video-centric, enterprise-level eLearning tools including Kaltura, Echo360, and web conferencing. Tina works as a collaborative member of the eLearning Center team and campus eLearning community to execute the University's vision of Excelling in eLearning.
 
Tina is an alumni of the University of Cincinnati, having earned her BFA in Electronic Media from the College Conservatory of Music. She completed her M.Ed. in Education at Xavier University where she served as the primary academic resource for video and digital media for 12 years. She also served as an adjunct faculty member in the Communication Arts department at Xavier, teaching an introductory course in video production.
 
Outside of work, Tina has three very active children that are involved in school activities and various sports. In her spare time she likes hanging out with her family and loves soccer.

He has been with the University of Cincinnati since 2006 and brings 30 years experience as a director/writer/producer in the television and film industry. Specializing in the nuances of telling a good story, he has spent a great deal of time working with clients to hone their message for their intended audience.

Passionate about filmmaking, his independent films have garnered best picture, best director, and best screenplay awards.

He has a BA in Communications – Radio/Television/Film Production from Northern Kentucky University

Mike has worked in the IT industry in higher education for 12 years.  Like many, he began his tenure in IT as a helpdesk student and moved up through the ranks.  Mike served at Mount Union as an IT manager for 4 years, helping with or leading such initiatives as the redevelopment of the intranet portal and implementation of online course evaluations on campus.  In 2011, along with his then director, Mike presented on the implementation of the PowerCampus Portal product as an exemplary model for leveraging SharePoint to host an intranet site.  He currently serves at UC as an eLearning Consultant, working on projects to help advance the eLearning Center and the University’s eLearning mission.  Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Information Systems from Mount Union College and Master of Science in Information Architecture from Kent State University.

Jesse began his production experience at the University of Cincinnati, as a student worker in 2004, under the Presentation Technology Services Group (now Red & Black Productions). After obtaining his Bachelors of Fine Art in Electronic Media in 2006, he joined the Red & Black team full-time in 2007, as a videographer and editor. Currently, Jesse holds the position as a video designer in the Center. His responsibilities are to professionally enhance the video quality, university-wide, through camera operation, lighting and grip direction, audio, editing, and graphical work. He is a video advisor to his clients to give them the best available outcomes for their production needs.

Outside of work, Jesse is active in church and thankful to God everyday. He loves watching sports (football, and basketball), supports his hometown teams: the Bengals, Cincinnati Reds, and of course the UC Bearcats. He enjoys being with his wife and daughter, and relaxing with the remote in one hand, and the Playstation 4 controller in the other. Jesse has nothing else to say about himself… other than he has a very small sense of humor.

Although born in New Zealand, Pat Reid was raised in Cleveland. She has worked in faculty professional development and instructional design for over 20 years in higher education. Pat joined UC in June 2015, excited at the opportunity to work as part of both CET&L (where she is the Associate Director of Integrated Instruction) and eLearning (as Director of Instructional Innovation). In these roles, she will be working with instructional designers and faculty across the university, supporting eLearning ranging from completely online courses to flipped classrooms and courses with a web-presence. As Academic Director of Distance Learning she has primary responsibility for and oversight of the University’s distance learning state authorization compliance program; consults on planning, development, delivery and best practice strategies to assist implementing and sustaining online programming; advocates and supports best practices and guidelines, including Quality Matters (QM), to ensure the highest quality in online education; and serves as liaison for outside groups on institution distance learning matters. In addition, Melody provides administrative oversight of Continuing Education, where Communiversity and the Osher Lifelong Learning Institute (OLLI) serve over 4,500 participants annually through non-credit, community-based programming. Prior to joining the eLearning team in December, 2014, she served as Academic Director for Distance Education in the Provost Office (2002-2014), and was Director of Special Projects and Distance Learning in the College of Evening and Continuing Education (1993-2002).

Melody earned her B.S. in Administrative Management from the University of Cincinnati in 1995; her M.Ed. in Curriculum & Instruction, Adult/Higher Education in 1998; and Ed.D. in 2003. Her scholarly activity is grounded in the field of Educational Foundations and Distance Education and she has eight years of experience teaching in the area of improving instructional effectiveness, in the University’s online Master’s in Education program for Health Professionals.

Steven Clark serves as the Coordinator, Distance Learning in UCIT’s Office of eLearning, working under the direction of Dr. Melody Clark, Academic Director for Online/Distance Learning. Steven started in his role at the University of Cincinnati in November 2016 after working 10 years at Liberty University, the nation’s largest private, not-for-profit institution. During the past 5 years, prior to his arrival at UC, Steven served as Liberty’s Coordinator II for State Approvals, where he was responsible for the day-to-day workflow for Liberty’s state authorization and state licensure board compliance efforts in the institution’s 50-state strategy. Steven brings a wealth of state authorization/licensure compliance experience and knowledge to his role at UC. In addition to coordinating various aspects of the university’s distance learning state authorization program and serving as a point of contact for both UC and outside entities, his work portfolio includes serving as a Quality Matters Campus Coordinator, and assisting relevant projects and activities to support and/or advance the strategic purposes of the Office of eLearning. Steven earned an A.A.S. in Marketing/Management from Thomas Nelson Community College and a B.S. in Business Administration with a concentration in Marketing from Liberty University.
