Learning Technology Support

Learning Technology Support provides support services to faculty and students for all the various features of Canopy. Serving as a “next step” from the UCIT Service Desk, LTS helps to keep courses running smoothly, information flowing, and the university’s educational systems optimized by offering support that is specialized to the needs of Canopy users at every level and location at UC.

Learning Technology Support coordinates the various support and partnership groups, including the Center for Excellence in eLearning, Center for the Enhancement of Teaching & Learning, Service Desk, System Administrators, and Colleges & Units.
