Faculty Development
An innovative provision in the University of Cincinnati's current faculty contract sets aside $500,000 each year to be used for faculty development efforts that renew and update the professional skills of faculty members. This faculty development fund was the result of cooperative efforts between the American Association of University Professors (AAUP), the All-University Faculty Senate and the UC administration.
