Through our monthly UG Research Workshops and the RECON Mentorship Program, our office is dedicated to providing you with a place to send interested but underprepared students to become better prepared and certified to conduct research.

New Pilot Program!

Work Study Undergraduate Research Program


The URSC is currently piloting a new Work Study URE starting Spring 2014. This program will enable faculty to use federal work-study funding to pay for undergraduate student researchers. Click on the image for more information!

Nominate your UG student for the URSC Student of the Month Award! UG student recipients will be featured as the keynote speakers at the UG Discovery Student Lecture Series happening at the end of each semester.

UG Conference Image

The Annual UG Conference: Research, Scholarship & Creative Works
is a university-wide event where all UC undergraduates are invited to register to present any faculty mentored research, scholarly or creative project that they've worked on during Summer, Fall and/or Spring semesters.

The 2014 Conference will be held on Friday April 11th at UC's 5/3 Arena from 12pm-3pm
