
Background: The AMP lays out over 200 tactical steps that move our institution towards excellence. Many of these action steps have now become embedded into the fabric of our daily work. It is time to move from tactics to a focused strategy and we are asking for your feedback in doing so.
Outcome of Listening Session: Using the AMP as the foundation, these listening sessions will identify strategic areas of interest that UC can focus on in the coming years, and will serve to distinguish UC. These strategic areas of interest will include the following 4 criteria:
1) Involve more than 1 unit
2) Build on our strengths
3) Anticipate the future and are forward looking
4) Make a difference, solve real-world problems, and have an impact
