The Provost conducted a comprehensive review of all background materials and data points and made decisions on which doctoral programs will be enhanced, maintained or reorganized. These decisions were comunicated to each program in a formal letter.
The Provost then appointed an Outcome Action Advisory Committee. This committee, the Graduate School, and Provost Office worked with the dean and program over the summer to develop a customized implementation plan for those programs slated to be reorganized and enhanced. This committee also met with each program to finalize outcomes and actions.
