College Administrators

The following are a listing of College Administrators for the eRPT system.  They are the central point of contact for eRPT questions from each college.  The college administrators have access within the eRPT system to facilitate the RPT review process within the college. 

Please reach out to these contacts for the following:  activating a candidate, changing candidate appointment/candidacy data, adding additional materials to the dossier after the review process has started, and requesting access for reviewers to the eRPT system.

Provost Office

Kristi Nelson, Interim Vice Provost of Academic Personnel, oversees the development and implementation of the eRPT system for UC.

Stacey Ritter in the Provost Office can answer questions, regarding  the eRPT system functionalities, the dossier submission, and the eRPT review process.

Ana Vamadeva and Michele York in the Provost Office can answer questions regarding the reappointment, promotion, and tenure process and how specific language within the AAUP contract and Unit RPT Criteria is interpreted.
