1. Preparation of Letter of Intent
2. Preparation of Full Proposal
3. Program Authorization
Please note that only the Provost Office is authorized to submit the letter of intent and full program proposal to the Ohio Board of Regents (OBR) for review and authorization.

If you are creating a request for Interdisciplinary or Multidisciplinary programs, please read the Interdisciplinary DocumentA full proposal should be submitted to the OBR within one year of submitting the letter of intent. This stage involves the preparation of the following documents:
