1. Preparation of New Undergraduate Certificate Proposal
2. Program Authorization

The following guidance is provided by the AC to help you in developing a new certificate proposal:
After a program has been fully approved, the Provost Office will communicate this decision to the College Dean and Program Unit. The program unit will then be permitted to complete a New Academic Program Program Submission form (PASLA form).
After all signatures are obtained, the Provost Office will forward the PASLA form to the Registrar's Office for creation of a PASLA. The Program Unit should then proceed to enter the Program and Course data into eCurriculum.
