New Professional/Technical Certificate

Professional Certificates are offered at the regional campuses for students who have already earned a bachelor’s degree and who wish to acquire additional skills and knowledge. Specific requirements include:

  • Contain 24-37 semester credit hours, unless otherwise specified by accreditation standards
  • Consist of the technical courses of the college’s two-year, career-oriented programs
  • Require a baccalaureate degree to  begin or earn the certificate
  • Require admissions review process
  • Are approved following college governance procedures
  • Are tracked via DPAs and transcripted
