PARKING APPEAL FORM
PLEASE READ BEFORE SUBMITTING AN APPEAL.
1. Complete the appeals form giving detailed facts about the circumstances surrounding the issuance of the ticket and why you believe it was unjustly issued 2. All appeals must be submitted in writing within ten 10 calendar days of the violation date. Appeals received after the ten-day period must be prepaid (including a $5.00 filing fee and all delinquencies), before the appeal will be reviewed. 3. After Parking Services receives the appeal, if you are faculty, staff or visitor the violation will be reviewed by the Parking Appeals Committee and you will be notified of the decision by mail. 4. If you are a student the UC student court will hear your case. You must contact the student court clerk at ucstudentcourt@gmail.com within one week from the day you appeal your ticket to schedule a court date. You will be represented by a student attorney and are expected to appear on your scheduled court date. Office hours are Monday-Friday from 2:00 - 6:00 PM. Student court is not in session May through August. More information about your court hearing will be provided via email reply from the clerk's office.
Graduate appeals can be heard in Student Court or by the Parking Appeals Committee.
