Safe Zone Policy and Procedure
The purpose of the Safe Zone is to provide cheap, on campus parking, which would allow students, faculty and staff the opportunity on campus instead of on the city streets during late night and early morning hours. The program is to allow those that enter into Woodside and Eden Garages between the hours of 10:30 pm until 5:59 am to exit for $1. It is not intended to circumvent the evening parking rates nor during the hours in which classes are in operation on campus. The regular parking rate would be applicable. If a person comes into the garage prior to 10:30 pm the ticket calculation would be based upon the time they have parked in the garage.
