Police Records
The University of Cincinnati Police Department supports and adheres to all Ohio Public Records Laws.

Police records are managed by our Records Management Officer, Kimberly Napier. She is responsible for the data entry and filing of all reports generated by the Police Department, including auto accident reports, crime reports, informational incident reports, field interview, traffic tickets, arrest paperwork, warrants, and all court paperwork including expungements.
All police reports are reviewed and approved by the police chain of command, thus it takes approximately two business days for the processing of police reports into the records system.
The Record Office hours are 8:00 AM until 3:30 PM, Monday thru Friday.
Requests for police reports can be mailed to the address below; called to 513-556-4902, faxed to 513-556-4940; or made in person at 3 Edwards, at the address below.
Police reports may be picked up at 3 Edwards, at the address below; or faxed; mailed; and in some cases e-mailed to the requestor .
