American Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer Review Cost: Member $45 / Non-Member $60 |
This course is designed for professional rescuers (health care providers, lifeguards and others) who are currently certified in CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer (or equivalent) to review how to handle breathing and cardiac emergencies for adults, children and infants. Skills include checking a victim for consciousness, clearing an obstructed airway, rescue breathing, CPR (one-person and two-person), use of a pocket mask and bag-valve mask, and how to operate an automated external defibrillator. Upon successful completion of the course the participant will receive a Red Cross CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certificate valid for 1-year. Pocket mask and book are included in registration fee.
Note: Remember to bring your current CPR/AED for the Professional Rescuer certificate (or equivalent) to the class with you.
