Fitness Floor

Fitness Floor Orientations
The CRC provides free one-on-one fitness center orientations for all members. This introduction will stress the function, use, safety, and care of all aerobic and exercise equipment within the fitness area of the CRC. Fitness center employees will work with each member to identify the member’s level of fitness, workout interests, and goals and then personalize the orientation to those needs and goals. Orientations will be led by a University of Cincinnati certified personal trainer or one of our fitness floor coordinator.

   - 20 Star Trac Recumbant Bikes
   -  4 Concept II Rowing Ergometers
   -  1 Sci Fit Pro 1 Upper Body Ergometer
   -  1 Sci Fit Pro 2 Upper Body Ergometer

* Free Weights:
   - 16,500+ lbs. in weight plates (2.5 - 45 lbs.)
   - 6,000+ lbs. in dumbbells (5 - 100 lbs.)
* 107 Strength Training Machines:
   - Paramount AP Rotary Series
   - FreeMotion
   - Cybex Eagle
   - Hammer Plate-loaded and Free Weight
