Customized Fitness Programs Customized group personal training, fitness assessments and fitness programs for your group or organization. Each program can be offered on-site at the Campus Recreation Center or off site at a location of your choice. Programs are specifically designed to meet the needs and goals of each group or organization. Whether you are an office group wanting their own Pilates class, a fraternity interested in an educational session on proper strength training or a residence hall advisor looking for a great program for their students, the fitness program will work with you to design a program that meets your goals.
