Personal Training Personal Training is your opportunity to meet one-to-one with a qualified personal trainer to develop a fitness program specifically designed to meet your needs and interests. Personal training is the best way to receive high-quality instruction, motivation, and support for your new fitness routine. Your first training session will consist of a Comprehensive Fitness Assessment. All sessions thereafter will be hands-on training sessions.

Instructional Classes Instructional classes are non-credit courses open to both CRC member and non-members. Our programs focus on experiential learning and skill building. Classes are available each quarter in various areas that may include yoga, Pilates, dance, fitness training, martial arts, CPR/AED, and women's programs. Instructional classes provide hands-on, detailed instruction taught by qualified instructors.
