Group fitness classes


CARDIO DANCE
It’s not a workout…it’s a PARTY!  Hip Hop combines high energy and motivating music with cardio dance moves and choreography.  This high energy class is a fun way to get in shape.

CARDIO KARATE
Learn the beginning moves of Karate with a cardio twist.  Basic moves and kickboxing will be incorporated in this fast paced, energetic class!

COMPLETE CARDIO
This calorie-burning workout comes complete with everything cardio. It incorporates some Latin dance, step, aerobics, and kick boxing to get your heart pumping. It's fun for all ages, so come ready so sweat!

CYCLE AND SCULPT
A mixed class of cardio cycling and strength training. Each week will have a different strength focus, with goals of overall body toning over the course of the quarter!! Come ready to sweat!

DANCE TECHNIQUE
Learn the basics of hip hop, jazz, and even some ballet to be able to dance your way to the top!

SPINNING®
Led by Spinning-certified instructors, Spinning is a dynamic, stationary, group-cycling class taught on specially designed bikes. Set to motivating music, this class offers a complete cardiovascular training program.

Please note:
• All participants are encouraged to bring a towel and water bottle to all Spinning classes.
• New participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to go through correct bike setup with the instructor.
• Use of heart rate monitors are encouraged for all Spinning classes

URL CARDIO
Back to the basics with step: U-Steps, Repeaters, and L-Steps to name a few.  This complete cardio class will be choreographed and include some traditional step with some new moves.

URBAN STEP
Syncopated and three-count step set to hip hop and pop, plus kick boxing mixed in with trance music followed by a melt down core with tribal music.  This class will get you moving in a completely different way!

XTREME STEP AND SCULPT
Double step will be used to maximize the cardio workout of this step class! One hour of anything step!

ZUMBA
ZUMBA is a fusion of Latin and International music - dance themes that create a dynamic, exciting, effective fitness system! The routines feature aerobic/fitness interval training with a combination of fast and slow rhythms that tone and sculpt the body. Zumba utilizes the principles of fitness interval training and resistance training to maximize caloric output, fat burning and total body toning. It is a mixture of body sculpting movements with easy to follow dance steps.

ZUMBA ABS
Zumba Abs is an effective workout that targets your abs, buns, and thighs using exercises and dance routines. It combines the party atmosphere of Latin music with an effective workout for all your problem areas!  It is a fun way to get toned. Lets Zumba baby!
