Group Fitness Passes With the exception of FREE Week, all group fitness classes are fee-based and may be attended by purchasing a group fitness pass. The pass is good for any group fitness class and may be purchased at the Member Services Desk.
Non-Members may participate in Group Fitness classes by purchasing a short-term membership or a day pass as well as a 1-class pass.

Water Fitness: Aqua Power |
This class is taught in shallow water, which provides an opportunity to meet the needs of all fitness levels. The class utilizes the resistance of water to increase cardio respiratory strength and endurance, while maintaining joint flexibility through the use of water fitness equipment and the current channel. Please wear shoes for your safety and to maximize use of equipment. |
Group Fitness: How To’s, Rules & Regulations
Please NOTE: New participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to go through correct equipment set up with the instructor.
Please NOTE: If a fee-based class must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a five or ten class pass holder who had already had their pass punched will need to visit the membership service desk to obtain a receipt for a one-class pass. This receipt can be used to attend any fee-based class in the future. Any one-class pass holder will need to obtain their receipt back from the pass checker for use in a future class.
