CORE CONCEPTS This 45-minute abs class will increase your core strength by using stability balls, weights, tubing and your own body weight. ABS OF STEEL with a twist!
GRAVITY CORE This class takes you on and off the GTS Gravity system, where the core will be the focus. Come ready to push your body to a new limit!
GUTS AND BUTTS A lower-body workout emphasizing abdominal, gluteus and thigh work. All equipment is fair game! Come to drip and burn in this class!
PILATES AND PLYOMETRICS Pilates and plyomtrics will be a class to challenge the core and build the power and strength of the body through the use of high intensity plyomtric movements that will include squat thrusts, mountain climbers, and much more! Are you up for the challenge?
PUMP & JUMP This class will integrate jump rope, glide, boxing with focus mits, kickpads for kick drills, running, weights, plyometrics, and BOSU.
TONE AND CHISEL This non-aerobic class is perfect for the TOTAL BODY exerciser! Focus on strengthening and toning the upper body, abdominal area, and lower body using hand held weights, resistance tubing, body bars, and resist-a-balls.
