ABS-OLUTELY PILATES
Using classic Pilates techniques, this core-strengthening class focuses on abdominal exercises so you'll feel and see results. If you want a slimmer, tighter and flatter tummy, then this class is for you!

BALL PILATES
This class utilizes a variety of exercise balls to create a challenging and fun twist on the traditional Pilates class. This class focuses on strengthening the abdomen to create a powerful core. It is a stimulating workout that will help tone your tummy.

FOUNDATION PILATES
This class focuses on the fundamental movements of Pilates which improves core stabilization. This is a great introductory class that concentrates on working the lower and upper abdominals.

FOUNDATION YOGA
Foundation yoga is a great class if you're new to yoga or would like more guidance in the postures and movements. We will practice a combination of active and passive stretching working the muscles and connective tissue through forward bending, back bending, twisting, standing, balancing and seated postures. Relaxation concludes the end of every yoga practice.

HATHA YOGA
Class begins with centering and breath then moves to a balanced practice of forward bends, back bends, twists and inversions held for longer periods of time focusing on breath. One will develop core strength, range of movement, and flexibility of body, breath and mind. This class is a great compliment to cardiovascular exercise. Each class is closed with a Savasana (final relaxation) which rounds out the mind, body & spirit connection of each class. This class is suitable for beginners to intermediate practitioners of average physical health.

MAT PILATES
A series of low-impact exercises designed to develop core strength, improve muscular control and endurance, increase flexibility and mind-body awareness, improve balance and coordination and enhance posture.

PILATES AND PLYOMETRICS
Pilates and plyomtrics will be a class to challenge the core and build the power and strength of the body through the use of high intensity plyomtric movements that will include squat thrusts, mountain climbers, and much more! Are you up for the challenge?

PILATES FUSION
A Pilates based class incorporating other exercises such as yoga, dance or martial arts; bringing together power, core strength and endurance with stretching, breathing and relaxation. These non-impact exercises work to prevent and rehabilitate from injury, increase flexibility, circulation and balance.

POWER YOGA
This is a dynamic and aerobic form of yoga. It synchronizes movement with breath to build strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Most postures are held for only a few breaths before moving on to the next, building internal heat to cleanse the body and focus the mind. Come prepared to sweat! Class will end with cool down postures and deep relaxation.

YIN YOGA 
A Hatha Yoga class that uses long holds in passive postures with relaxed muscles. This restorative practice works to rejuvenate deeper tissues, allows time for finding individual comfort in poses, and is a great preparation for seated meditation. Yang poses are also held to counterbalance the Yin postures.

YOGALATES
A cardio blend combining the best of yoga and Pilates. Focus on strengthening your core while lengthening and invigorating the entire body.

YOGA CHI
Used to enhance the flow of energy or chi through the body, this class combines two approaches of teaching into one practice: passive and restorative yin holds and active, stretching and strengthening using fluid circular movements. Each sequence is created to be very balancing in terms of posture succession, breathing, and meditation.

YOGA CHILL
Balancing form of yoga. Synchronizes movement with breaths to build strength, flexibility, endurance and balance. Most postures are held for only a few breaths before moving on to the next to help focus the mind. Relaxation concludes the end of the practice.

YOGA OUTDOORS
Yoga outdoors is one of the best ways to practice yoga and receive all of the cleansing benefits.  In this class we will incorporate different breathing exercises and movements that assist us with connecting to nature.  Being outside allows your yoga practice to blossom to further heights.  You will also find that you will build more balance and strength by practicing on uneven ground.  This class will incorporate a variety of yoga styles that assist with cross-training the body and opening the mind to new possibilities. Class will be held outside, weather permitting.

YOGA UNIQUE
Explore inversions, backbends, arm balances, and more in this yoga class which explores unique poses which challenge strength and flexibility.
