Kim Schmidt Director of Campus Recreation Kim is a 17-year veteran of the University of Cincinnati. Kim holds a Bachelor of Science degree in business administration and a Master of Science Degree in Sports Management. A Certified Recreational Sports Specialists (C.R.S.S.), she is a former National Intramural-Recreational Sports Association (NIRSA) State Director for Ohio and former Ohio Recreational Sports Association (ORSA) Honor Award recipient. Kim enjoys mountain bike riding, hanging out with family and friends, and playing soccer with her dog Brodie. |

Kendra Violet Associate Director of Facilities and Operations Prior to working at the University of Cincinnati, Kendra served as Operations Manager for the California Fitness Health Clubs in Columbus, Ohio. Kendra is a graduate of the University of Cincinnati with two Bachelor Degrees in Biology and Health Promotion and Education, and is currently working on her Master’s Degree in Health Promotions and Education. Kendra’s love for recreation began as an undergraduate student while working for the Recreational Sports department at UC. Kendra still enjoys playing intramural sports with her student employees and taking Hip Hop and Latin Dance classes! |

Kevin Mailly Assistant Director of Aquatics Kevin has over 20 years in the recreation profession and had been identified as a Certified Parks and Recreation Professional. He graduated for Ohio University summa cum laude with a bachelor’s degree in recreation management, and his master’s in physical education. Kevin has received a 25-year pin for his volunteer work with the American Red Cross. |

Amy Fawcett Assistant Director of Intramural Sports and Summer Camps Amy earned her undergraduate degree in kinesiology for the University of Wisconsin (Eau Claire) and her master’s degree in athletic administration from Ball State University. Prior to coming to the University of Cincinnati, Amy was the coordinator of intramural sports, summer camps, and sports clubs at Northern Illinois University. Amy is a huge Green Bay Packer fan and enjoys playing and watching golf, football, and officiating basketball. |

Jim Jamriska Assistant Director of Facility Operations Jim comes to the University of Cincinnati from Ohio State University, where he was an Evening and Weekend Facility Operations Coordinator for a little over two years. Prior to that, he received both his undergraduate and graduate degrees from Ball State University. During his time at Ball State, he was a Graduate Assistant for Facilities one year and the graduate assistant for Youth and Family Programs and Marketing and Promotions the next. Jim is a huge Cubs, Bears, and Bulls fan and enjoys playing intramural sports including flag football (offense only, please), when he gets the chance. |

Emily Piercey Assistant Director of Member Services Emily has worked for the Campus Recreation Department for the past 5 years. She went from member services, to building supervisor, and now is serving as the Assistant Director of Member Services. She graduated from UC in 2006 with a Bachelor of Arts in Communication. Emily enjoys shopping for shoes, yelling "Who-Dey" chants, and dancing to polka bands. She especially loves spinning class with Glenn "Zip, Zip!" |

Justin Aromas-Janosik Marketing Assistant A graduate from UC, Justin holds a bachelor's degree in marketing and advertising. After five years of school and numerous campus jobs, he is finally working in the field he is passionate about, sports marketing. As one of the newest members of the CRC team, Justin works on programs marketing, on-campus events and this website. He has also been seen wearing stripes on the occasion. This Cleveland native loves to play all sports, listen to any kind of music and play old-school video games in his spare time. |
