Member Services Staff
Responsibilities • Customer Service • Pass Checking • Cash Handling • Sale of memberships, programs, pro shop items, lockers, etc. • Policy Enforcement
Qualifications Pleasant attitude, flexibility, and strong communication skills are a must. Starting pay is $7.30 per hour.
Member Services Leads Responsibilities • Opening/Closing the Member Services Desk • Oversee day-to-day operation of Member Services Desk • Provide leadership for the Member Services Staff • Assist in training new Member Services Staff • Troubleshoot any member concerns or CSI software issues • Act as a first responder in emergency situations
Qualifications Pleasant attitude, flexibility, and strong communication and organizational skills are a must. Ability to work well in a team environment. Demonstrated Leadership ability and preferred CSI software system experience. Starting pay is $9 per hour
