If you are walking around our HUGE facility confused, lost and bewildered, please don't think you're the only one!  Our Fitness Floor Coordinators (FFCs) are on the floor all hours we are open to answer your questions about:

• Where to find a certain piece of equipment
• How to set up the equipment properly for safety
• Proper body mechanics on the equipment to minimize injury risk
• Programs and services available to you as our member

The FFC desk is located centrally on the floor, though they may not always be there.  FFCs must also clean equipment, keep our red cleaning towels stocked and perform other tasks, so keep your eye out for them!
