Prom and After Prom
Conference & Event Services and Campus Recreation offer an entire prom experience.
The Prom will take place in Great Hall, the largest event space in Tangeman University Center. The room is set for up to 800 participants with seating around the perimeter and includes a stage, outdoor terrace (weather permitting) and integrated A/V capabilities.
The After Prom will take place in the Campus Recreation Center, just down the sidewalk from the Tangeman University Center. The 200,000 square foot facility features a six court gymnasium, leisure pool, climbing wall and multipurpose area for participants to enjoy!
All Prom Packages include exclusive use of Great Hall for the entire event day, building staff, catered snacks, a DJ, parking, University of Cincinnati Police Officer(s) and custodial staff.
All After Prom Packages include exclusive use of listed areas for a 4-hour time frame. The packages also include building staff, lifeguards, parking, University of Cincinnati Police Officer(s) and custodial staff.
Conference & Events Services and Campus Recreation are always willing to work with outside vendors to make your night memorable.

Great Hall
Great Hall is a multipurpose space that can be set to your specific needs. Conference & Event Services will make sure your Prom is a memorable evening.
Aquatics Complex
The shallow-water leisure pool features a unique water wall, current channel, vortex, bubble couch and whirlpool.
The lap pool is 50 meters by 25 yards and has 2, one-meter diving boards.
Gym
Six courts for basketball, volleyball, badminton, cornhole, dodgeball, and many more activities!
Climbing Wall
The state-of-the-art climbing wall offers varied terrain and a full spectrum of climbing experiences. The bouldering wall is an expertly carved surface that enables climbers to feel as if they are climbing on natural rock.
Multipurpose Room
Multipurpose Room C is an open canvas for your event. Use the space for a game room, late-night snack station or a variety of other activities.

Parking
Campus Recreation offers three parking options for gropus choosing the After Prom only option:
1. Space for Bus Parking at no additional
charge.
2. $2.00 garage exit vouchers for each car.
3. The after prom committee may pay one
fee to have the parking gates raised.
