General Admission Group Pricing and Policies

Groups of 5 or more individuals may request general admission. Groups will be sharing facility areas with others on a first-come, first-serve basis. Group size in any one area may be limited. Campus Recreation Center staffing for supervisory needs or requested instruction will be arranged at additional cost. The climbing wall has additional fees. Fees for group admission are as follows:

Youth Access Policies

Children 13 years of age and under must be directly supervised in the same activity area by a parent or adult at all times. Usage is limited for children 13 years of age and under to areas approved for children/youth programming (e.g., basketball courts, pool, etc.). The number of required adult group leaders for groups with individuals 17 years of age and younger will be determined by the Campus Recreation Center (generally 1 adult: 10 youth). An individual 17 years of age and younger must have a waiver of liability signed by his/her parent/guardian before being permitted into the Campus Recreation Center. Waivers will be mailed to the group contact with the contract.

General Rental Information

Rental groups will have shared use of the locker rooms, and exclusive use of only those areas specified on the rental agreement.
Large group events will require additional approval for the following: parking attendants, building security, custodial and activity specific staff at an additional cost.
Long term rentals will receive a specified discount on facility fees for all contracted hours, unless otherwise noted. Special events are NOT included in the long term rental discount. To receive the discount, all hours must be confirmed and included in the initial rental request. Staff costs are not discounted. Discounts will be applied as follows:

- 100+ hours booked in a calendar year = 10% discount
- 200+ hours booked in a calendar year = 20% discount
- 300+ hours booked in a calendar year = 30% discount

Facility damages or excessive cleaning fees related to rental use will be billed to the host organization.
