All Climbing Wall rentals under 20 participants include two staff members to belay participants. Helmets and harness are provided. Participants may wear their own athletic footwear or use the climbing wall's climbing shoes.

Gymnasium rentals include the use of basketballs, volleyball equipment and/or corn hole boards. Additional staffing fees may be required for larger events. Groups may choose to bring in outside inflatables or other items into the gymnasium, but must contact the Assistant Director for Facility Operations before finalizing outside arrangements.

All multipurpose room rentals include use of the space only. Event coordinators may work with Assistant Director for Facility Operations for additional needs.

All Leisure Pool rentals include the use of the leisure pool, inner-tubes and all the leisure pool features (water wall, bubble bench, vortex, current channel). There will be a minimum of one lifeguard on duty at all times. Open Recreation members may have access to the pool during events.

There are six Racquetball Courts available for rental at the Campus Recreation Center. Wallyball equipment is included with any rental upon request. Racquetball racquets and racquetballs are available for purchase at the Member Services Desk.

The Wet Classroom is conveniently located next to the Leisure Pool. The room fits 15 people comfortably, however, additional seating can be placed in the Leisure Pool deck area directly outside the Wet Classroom to accommodate larger groups.
