Supplemental Membership Information

Spouses and legal dependents are eligible for Supplemental Memberships if a Primary Membership has been purchased.  All Supplemental Memberships will expire on the same date as the Primary Membership.

Membership Info	Descriptions
Spousal/Domestic Partner Memberships	The husband/wife/domestic partner of a current CRC member is eligible for a CRC membership.  *Spouses must provide proof of residence at the same address (i.e., a valid driver’s license). *Domestic Partners must print and sign this form before signing up for a membership.
Legal Dependent Memberships	Children and legal dependents whose parent/guardian is a current Campus Recreation Center member are eligible for CRC membership.  Legal dependents are identified in accordance with University of Cincinnati dependent eligibility definitions.
Family Hours
Monday – Thursday                 6 am -  2 pm Friday                                    6 am  -  9 pm Saturday                                8 am  -  9 pm Sunday                                10 am  -  9 pm Family hours have been extended for the swimming pools and climbing wall.  Family hours are extended to the match regular hours of operation in these two areas only.
Please Note
Children ages 14-17 have access to all areas of the Campus Recreation Center during all hours of operation.  An adult must be present in the Recreation Center throughout the duration of the visit.  Children ages 13 and under are permitted to use the facility only during designated family hours and will have access to all areas of the Campus Recreation Center except the fitness floor and suspended track.  An adult must remain with the child at all times. Children are allowed to use the pool and climbing wall during all normal operating hours.
