Group Fitness Classes provide a friendly and welcoming environment in which well-educated instructors promote safety, wellness, and goal achievement.
FREE Group Fitness for primary annual members (includes UC Employees, Affiliate, Alumni and Community annual memberships). All pay-by-month members are included as long as the contract is an annual contract.

Fitness Certifications and Workshops Learn all about the 2009-2010 certification and workshop schedule at the Campus Recreation Center.
* Group Fitness Passes With the exception of FREE Week, all group fitness classes are fee-based for students and may be attended by purchasing a group fitness pass. The pass is good for any group fitness class and may be purchased at the Member Services Desk.

Group Fitness: How To’s, Rules & Regulations
Please NOTE: New participants are encouraged to arrive at least 10 minutes prior to the start of class to go through correct equipment set up with the instructor.
Please NOTE: If a class must be canceled due to unforeseen circumstances, a five or ten class pass holder who had already had their pass punched will need to visit the membership service desk to obtain a receipt for a one-class pass. This receipt can be used to attend class in the future. Any one-class pass holder will need to obtain their receipt back from the pass checker for use in a future class.
