Second, swim 20 yards, go to the bottom of the pool, at least 10 feet deep, and retrieve a 10 pound brick. The swimmer must keep both hands on the brick, and return to the starting point on their back, in under 100 seconds.
Third, the swimmer must tread water for two minutes with their hands crossed over their chest and placed under their arm pits.
