Group Fitness Classes provide a friendly and welcoming environment in which well-educated instructors promote safety, wellness, and goal achievement.

  • Classes range from 30-60 minutes to fit your schedule and your needs!
  • It is recommended to arrive approximately 15 minutes early.
  • Class capacities are provided with the descriptions and designed to ensure safety and equipment allotment in class-it is up to the instructor, building supervisor and/or fitness floor coordinator as to when a class is officially at capacity.

Bootcamp
  • All of our classes are taught by experienced instructors with various certifications and trainings. 
  • Our instructors are able to modify to increase or decrease the intensity of any of our workouts! 
  • If you are taking care of an injury or are new to fitness, we hope you'll feel comfortable letting us know so we can accomodate your needs!
