Zumba© This class is NOT a workout-it's a party!  No previous dance experience needed!  Come learn the moves that will get you dancing to the beat, even if you have two left feet! 45 min Up to 60
Beginner's Zumba© If you're not sure you can keep up with the moves of our regular or Power Zumba classes, this is the class for you.  Learn the format with a lower impact-great way to get going! 45 min Up to 60
Latin Dance Blast
This quick latin based dance class will have you mixing traditional latin dance steps and fitness moves to put together combinations that will have you traveling across the entire room. It's only 30 minutes, so even those with 2 left feet can make it through! 30 min Up to 60
Latin Dance Fusion Try a mix of many latin dance styles while incorporating strength and flexibility into the workout too.  Anything goes in this class, which is set to traditional latin music. 45 min Up to 60
Turbokick©
Punch, kick, and groove the calories away with this fun, interval based cardio kickboxing workout.  Safe for all fitness levels.  Designed to put the fun back into fitness. 45 min Up to 60
Hip Hop
Hustle©
Dance like no one’s watching and sing like no one is listening! This class blends hip hop and dance moves, making them simple and easy to follow! Anyone can do this! This workout feels more like a night on the town than exercise.

Work off any tension from the day in this late night cardio class that will incorporate sports drills, simple choreography and other cardio games. 45 min Up to 60
Cardio Interval

This shortened cardio class will get you in and out and burning calories quickly!!  You'll do a variety of exercises that may include step, dance, kickboxing and traditional aerobics.

Cardio Bootcamp Various forms of cardiovascular fitness using a variety of equipment will be featured in this class.  Drills and skills will be challenged and yoru heart will be beating! 45 min Up to 60
Old School Step You asked for it!  Old School Step is exactly what it says it is - the traditional format of step aerobics.  A mix of choreography and strength exercises will take you on and off the bench for an amazing lower body and cardio workout. 45 min Up to 60
Push Play Cardio Workout
This blended format cardio class will be fun and energizing with a variety of traditional and new cardio workout styles.  Come ready to dance, jump and play your way through this new format.

Piloxing Piloxing mixes the power, speed and agility of boxing with the sculpting and flexibility of Pilates. The workout uniquely blends Pilates and boxing moves into a fat torching, muscle sculpting, core-centric interval workout, guaranteed to whip you into shape.
