Unique classes like cycling and water fitness can help to break up a monotonous workout plan and give your body the cross training it needs. 

Variable resistance on the bike and buoyancy in the water help to improve strength and cardiovascular fitness in a way that traditional land based classes can't.

Spinning & Core Training Mixing a traditional spinning class with core training at the end is a great way to ease into a full spinning class if you are quite there yet, or just to blend your workout.  45 min CRC: 24
