Pilates and core exercises are integral to a complete fitness plan as they help the body to:

  • Connect the breath and the mind
  • Build abdominal strength
  • Build long, lean muscles through eccentric and isometric exercise
Our Pilates and core classes are truly amendable to any fitness level.

Pilates is a traditional format focusing on core strength and alignment of the spine.  Learn how to stabilize through your core muscles to create a balanced body.  Some equipment may used in this class. 45 min Up to 45
HardCORE
Abs
Come to this class to work on that six pack and feel strength through your abs, back and hips.  45 min Up to 45
Yoga/Pilates
Fusion
Work through yoga postures and develop core strength in this fusion class.  The two formats blend together to create a perfect balance of flexibility and strength.  Some equipment may be used in this class. 45-60 min Up to 45

Strength
This class helps you develop your musculature of your deep and superficial stabilizers in the core.

Barre
Sculpt
This class is based on a dancer's workout where the ballet barre will be used to help you tone your lower body, while weights and a mat will be used for arm and core strength.  Get ready to burn in this class that will get you arms, abs and buns of steel! 45 min Up to 45
Wakeup Pilates Strength Start your morning out right with this class.  Center yourself, build strength in the core, and focus on the breath.  Taking this class will help you maintain a great posture throughout the day and feel energized as well! 45 min Up to 45
Balance Core Strength Strengthen the muscles of the abdominal wall, lower and middle back and the hips/glutes to create balance and symmetry in posture and in movement. 45 min Up to 45
Abs Lunch Crunch This lunch class will help you work on your core quick between classes or on your lunch break.  All core muscles will be targeted in a functional way in this class! 30 min Up to 45
Core Blast Take 30 minutes out of your day to focus on your core muscles and to boost your energy for the rest of your day.  Strenghtening your core means better posture, which also helps you think more clearly!  See you in class! 30 min Up to 45
Power Pilates
Pilates is a great class for building a strong core, and this class will help you to push it just a bit further.  Work your abdominals and hips with this faster paced pilates workout that will definitely get you sweating!

Pilates Strength & Burn This class will focus on strength and endurance of the core musculature, with longer sets and more reps.  You'll definitely feel the burn after this class as you'll be targeting each and every muscle of the core. 45 min Up to 45
