This bootcamp class adds an element of fun.  Have you played tag lately?  Recess games are challenging now that we're a bit older; see how doing fast agility training, partner training, and games can make your workout go that much faster!

Total Body Tabata This formated class will push your muscles to the limit with cardio intervals in between.  You've never felt fatigue in a group fitness class until you've taken this one!  Join us for an awesome workout, if you're up to it! 45 min Up to 35
Acclimate Intevals If you're curious about Total Body Tabata but not too sure you're ready for the challenge, this class is perfect for you-learn how to interval train without feeling behind or lost in the crowd.  Gradually build yourself up to a full Tabata workout by the end, and feel great doing it! 45 min Up to 35
Booty Blast
Exactly as the name says-work your booty til its blasted!  Glute, low back and hamstrings will be focused in this class-get ready to feel the burn! 45 min Up to 35
Barre Sculpt This class is based on a dancer's workout where the ballet barre will be used to help you tone your lower body, while weights and a mat will be used for arm and core strength.  Get ready to burn in this class that will get you arms, abs and buns of steel! 45 min Up to 35
Rise, Shine and Bring it! Gooooood morning!  This class is for those early risers, or those who pretend to be.  Get started on the right foot with this class that will be a variety of strength and cardio, with no two weeks alike! 45 min Up to 35
Ultimate Ball-er Workout Work with the variety of exercise balls at the rec in this class-small pilates balls, large stability balls, medicine balls, and BOSU balls too!  Simple tools can make for a very effective workout-come see how the added difficulty ups your workout! 45 min Up to 35
Ballet Body Train like the dancers do to get a long, lean body full of strength! 45 min Up to 35
AAA - Amazing Arms & Abs If you've always wanted to sculpt your arms and abs and really start to see some definition, this focused upper body class is for you.  Work your entire upper body including shoulders, arms, back and abs for increased strength. 45 min Up to 35
HABIT - Hips, Abs & Back Interval Training This class will focus on strength for the lower body, with intervals set up to work your hips, abs and back to the max.  Pace yourself, as this workout will definitely push you and your legs to a new limit! 45 min Up to 35
Upper Body Blast

This class is designed to improve strength and defintion of the arms, chest and back muscles. (Wow, who doesn't want that?).

You'll use a variety of equipment including  your own body weight to perform a challenging and effective exercises for these muscle groups.
