Please note, it is important that you get to class on time for your safety, and so you can get your favorite spot!  For classes that are regularly full, it is recommended you come 15 minutes prior to the start of class.  Spinning has its own set of entrance requirements (see below).  Instructors have the right to close a class 5 minutes after class has begun (after warmup) or when the class is deemed to be at capacity.

Special notes:
  • Our schedules are created based on class participation counts, feedback and instructor availability.  We do our best to provide classes that fit your needs-please don't hesitate to share your requests or feedback with us!
  • Schedules will be modified for holidays.  Any classes offered within the time the rec center is open will remain (i.e., if the rec is open from 10am-2pm, a class that is supposed to be from 9:30-10:15am will not occur, however, a class from 10:00-10:45am will occur)
  • We do our best to maintain the schedule as promoted, however, special circumstances arise in which substitute instructors are required.  Please understand that our perspective is "some class over no class" and hope you will enjoy the variety a substitute instructor may provide.
  • If you are interested in taking Spinning, please be sure to obtain a ticket from the FFC (at Main Campus) or the Member Services staff (at CARE/Crawley) to hold your space.  Tickets are given out 15 minutes prior to class, and are on a first come first served basis.
  • If a class is not well attended for several weeks, we may have to cancel the class for the remainder of the quarter.  This information will be provided on this page.
