TRX Suspension Training and the ViPRs are here!!!

You may have seen the TRX before-but now you can experience it in a whole new way.  Our S-Frame is installed and the TRX is available for gTraining and iLearn classes exclusively.  Join our classes to see what taking your workout off the floor and managing your own body weight suspended can do for you! ViPR training is new in the US and we are the first gym in the region to have them.  This revolutionary tool is a great piece to work with whether you're trying to improve strength, agility or rehabilitating.

TRX® FULL BODY BLAST

Well listen to some jams during this strength and cardio focused class that will engage all your muscles for a total body workout with an extra focus on core every time! Typical workout is warmup followed by 4 rounds. Rounds 1,2, 3 are lower body, upper body, lower body, upper body.  Round 4 is all core. You've never been so happy to get to the cool down-this class will feel amazing! This class is great for someone that's never been on the TRX before!

TRX® FUSION - Now at the Fitness Center at CARE/Crawley!

This class, which will max at 12 participants, will have you working both on and off the TRX suspension trainers to blend cardio and strength exercise with individual and partner exercises.  Come ready to push yourself in this class!

We bring the crunch to lunch in this workout, where you can get in your exercise and still have time to eat your [healthy] lunch!  Complete 3-5 circuits with with multiple reps, while moving quickly from one exercise to the next to keep your heart rate up and get the most out of this workout.

TRX® / ViPR Fusion

Learn different techniques and yoga poses that offer a calming state when stressed.  Working with the breath and meditation are just a couple ways to help clear the mind.  We will focus on yoga asanas and the other 8 limbs of yoga to find individual ways of feeling better.   Learn about different ways to relax the body for better sleep patterns and setting intentions at the beginning of each day to have a positive experience.
