iLearn Mind & Body courses help you learn to breathe, strengthen and lengthen your body to new limits.

ACRO YOGA
Remember how fun it was to play "airplane" as a kid? Learn how to safely reignite that same sense of adventure and excitement as an adult in Acro Yoga.Acro Yoga is a fusion of yoga, acrobatics, and Thai yoga massage. In addition to some vinyasa yoga, partner yoga, therapeutics, balancing, strengthening, and trust exercises, you will learn how to "base" others and "fly" in a variety of postures while supported by another person/people. Partners are not required. Desire to have fun is mandatory.

LATIN BALLROOM (partners recommended, but not required!)
Been to Fountain Square for Salsa on the Square and wonder "how do they do that?" Come to this class to learn how to Cha Cha, Rumba, Salsa, and Jive/Swing! Dance steps will be modified, so you can be well experienced or brand new and still get a lot out of this class! See what it's like to DWTS! YOGA ARM BALANCE
Have you ever seen the great poses like crane, firefly and peacock and wanted to give it a try? Learn different techniques and yoga poses that offer a calming state when stressed. Working with the breath and meditation are just a couple ways to help clear the mind. We will focus on yoga asanas and the other 8 limbs of yoga to find individual ways of feeling better. Learn about different ways to relax the body for better sleep patterns and setting intentions at the beginning of each day to have a positive experience.
