To help make this the best experience possible, please review all of the following docuements: __________________________________
1. Woodside Garage Parking Map: The Woodside Garage is a convenient location to park during events. On the weekends, it only costs $1.00 to exit this garage. Limited on street parking is also available on Martin Luther King and Jefferson Avenues.
2. Informed Consent Waiver: Everyone participating needs to fill this form out and hand it in to the Member Services Desk before entering the facility. For those participants under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must sign for them.
3. Climbing Wall Policy Form and Waiver (Page 1, Page 2): If you are utilizing the Climbing Wall as part of your CRC experience, everyone participating will need to sign this waiver as well. Again, for those participants under 18 years of age, a parent/guardian must sign for them.
4. CRC Summary Rules and Regulations: This is a brief overview of the facility policies and procedures. For a complete list, click here.
5. Birthday Party Policies and Reminders: We know how hectic the big day can be - so we've compiled this list of helpful reminders.

Finally, please remember the following policies:
Leisure Pool Party Rules and Regulations
1. Children five years of age and younger must be accompanied in the water by an adult (and the adult must actively participate in activities with the child). Lifeguards will remind adults of this policy if needed and may require an adult to be in the water with older children who are deemed weak swimmers.
2. One adult may be responsible for no more than three children five years of age and younger.
3. Children using arm floats, inflatable rings or toys, or lifejackets must be no more than an arms length from an adult in the water at all times.
Climbing Wall/Gymnasium Party Rules and Regulations
1. One adult may be responsible for no more than five children five years of age and younger.
2. All participants must wear non-marking shoes (gym shoes)
Wet Classroom Party Rules and Regulations
1. Parties may bring food and drinks; however everything must stay in the Wet Classroom.
2. Parties are responsible for cleaning up after themselves when finished.
