Due to the flexibility of summer classes, various deadlines exist for summer grading. A complete schedule is available by clicking here.
Grade changes for the Spring Semester, (13SS), Fall Semester, (12FS), and Summer Quarter (12U) may be recorded online via the Online Change of Grade application. Please note the deadline for Summer (12U) grade changes is Thursday, August 8. After that date, grade changes for 12U must be done using a paper change of grade form and must contain the appropriate college approvals.

Requesting a transcript online will prompt the printing of that transcript for the next business day. We cannot hold transcripts requested through this web application. Requests should only be made when you want them printed as soon as possible.
