Grade changes for the Fall Semester, (2012), Summer (2012), Spring (12S), and Winter (12W) quarters may be recorded online via the Online Change of Grade application. Please note the deadline for Winter (12W) and Spring (12S) grade changes is Thursday, April 25. After that date, grade changes for 12W and 12S must be done using a paper change of grade form and must contain the appropriate college approvals.

Requesting a transcript online will prompt the printing of that transcript for the next business day. We cannot hold transcripts requested through this web application. Requests should only be made when you want them printed as soon as possible.
