Bills for additional fees for added courses are issued if the student is enrolled full-time and registers for hours in excess of eighteen (18) credit hours for the quarter, or if the student is part-time. The charges for hours in excess of eighteen (18) are subject to the refund policy.
If a registration change results in additional fees, it is the responsibility of the student to pay the assessed fees on the day the change takes place in order to avoid a late payment fee.
Grades for Summer Quarter can be recorded throughout the quarter and grade lists will appear in instructor pulldowns as grading becomes appropriate for each section.
Grade changes for the Spring (09), Winter (09), Autumn (08), and Summer (08) quarters may be recorded online via the Online Change of Grade application.
