If you are referring a student to go to One Stop in-person, you may want to call ahead and notify the USA staff of the student’s particular situation
The One Stop Student Service Center opened in November 2002 as a result of cross-divisional planning between Student Affairs and Services and Finance. The center was developed to transform the way student service was delivered at the University of Cincinnati.
The Center is staffed with professional advisors known as University Service Associates (USAs). The USAs respond to student inquiries in-person, on the phone and via e-mail. The USAs are cross-trained to handle questions pertaining to registration, financial aid and billing processes. Students are encouraged to utilize the One Stop Service Center Web functions to handle routine business. That business can include, but is not limited to:
- Registering for classes
- Applying for financial aid
- Viewing and paying bills
- Checking grades
- Requesting transcripts
- Changing Addresses
