Early Intervention System: User Instructions for Course Instructors and Advisors
The Early Intervention System allows an instructor to request from the college office and student services offices support for a student, particularly when attempts by the instructor to reach the student are unsuccessful. Please note that a number of new options became effective January 2008 for the 08W quarter including the ability to send a copy of this report to the student and the disability services office as appropriate. For student athletes, the athletics academic services office will be notified. A copy of the request is sent to the Learning Assistance CenterIf Tutoring is selected as an option on the form.
Course Instructors: Please be aware that in addition to this early intervention system, Blackboard now offers an Early Warning feature.
